Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & Pricing

Full Payment: Required by the date stated on your booking option.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit secures your place. Balance is due by the due date given.
Instalments: If you’ve chosen a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all instalments on time. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
Prices: All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Your booking is only confirmed when payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life changes! Please read carefully:

Cancellations by Participant

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@geetiandgyan.com.
28 days or more before retreat, full refund minus $447 non-refundable deposit.
Between 28 and 14 days, full refund minus $447 non-refundable deposit, minus 25% admin fee of total cost paid.
Less than 14 days – no refund.
Credit offered in extreme circumstances.
You are welcome to transfer your booking to another person if you're unable to attend. Please notify us in writing. In this case, we will refund you in full, minus a $50 admin fee, once we have received full payment from the person taking your place.

Cancellations by Us (Geeti & Gyan)

If we cancel the retreat for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, natural events, illness), you will receive a full refund including your deposit, minus a $50 admin fee. We are not liable for travel or accommodation expenses you’ve incurred.

3. Retreat Participation

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing throughout the retreat.
If you have a medical condition, injury, or significant allergy, please disclose this on the registration form. We may ask for a doctor's clearance.
Our retreats are inclusive, respectful spaces. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful.

4. Accommodation & Room Sharing

Room options are offered based on availability. If you choose a shared room and don’t specify a roommate, we will pair you with another participant of the same gender where possible.
We ask for your flexibility and kindness around shared spaces.
We reserve the right to change room allocation if needed.

5. Photos & Media

During the retreat, we may take photos or short videos for promotional purposes.
Let us know in writing before the retreat if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Communication

All essential info will be emailed to you in the lead-up to the retreat. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly.

7. By Booking, You Agree That:

You’ve read and understood these terms.
You are responsible for your own choices, experience, and self-care during the retreat.
You accept the payment, cancellation, and refund policies stated above.
