Sound & Movement Workshop 2 - 4.15pm
Open to a sanctuary of peace and joy within through ancient Indian sound-based practices (Nāda Yoga) and movement meditation to settle the nervous system, awaken dormant energy, clear blockages and feel greater freedom and flow in your body and voice.
Kirtan 5 - 7pm
Elevate your thoughts and emotions, purify and boost your energy and expand your awareness through the healing power of this timeless singing yoga practice. Led by Geeti & Gyan and supported by their dear friends, bhaktas and hosts, Ally and Anthony.
Geeti & Gyan are accomplished and experienced nāda (sound) yoga teachers, kirtanists and movement facilitators from Sydney, who will provide a supportive and non-judgemental space so that everyone can feel safe to freely explore their singing voice and express themselves fully.
